By submitting this form, you (the "Client") agree to engage Steady Radiance Design, LLC (the "Contractor") under the following terms:

• What We'll Do Together: We're here to provide on-demand creative, tech, and social media support. Instead of locking you into a rigid package, we'll simply chat via email or text whenever a new project pops up to agree on the exact tasks and estimated time.
• Simple & Transparent Billing: Our rate for this On-Demand Tech Partnership is $45 per hour, and we track our time in 15-minute increments so you only pay for exactly what you need. We will send an invoice during the first week of each month, which is due within 10 days. (There is a 5% monthly fee for late payments!)
• Availability & Quick Turnarounds: We work standard Monday through Friday business hours (based on Denver/Mountain Time). If you ever have a true emergency that needs an immediate or weekend response, just let us know! We can usually accommodate those as "Rush Tasks" for a 50% premium on the normal rate.
• Privacy & Ownership: Your business secrets and logins are totally safe with us. Plus, once an invoice is paid, everything I have created for you is 100% yours to keep and use however you like.
• Keeping It Flexible: This is an ongoing partnership with no set end date, but nobody is locked in! Either of us can step away at any time just by giving a 14-day written notice.
• The Legal Stuff: Just to keep things official, this agreement is governed by the laws of Colorado.
