Calendly Setup Instructions
It’s time to take the back-and-forth out of booking your Health Assessments and Client Check-ins.
To protect your Google account security, we won’t ask for your Google password. Instead, we just need you to complete a quick initial setup on your end to connect your calendar and set a temporary password for us.
Step 1: Connect Your Calendar
Please select the guide below that matches where you are with Calendly:
-
Starting from scratch: How to set up a new account and connect Google Calendar
-
I have an existing account, but no calendar connected: How to connect Google Calendar to an existing account
-
I have an existing account and use “Login with Google”: How to unlink Google login to create a standard username/password
Step 2: Send Us Your Details
Once you have completed the walkthrough above, please reply to the email that brought you to this page with the following three things:
-
Your Calendly Login: The email address and the temporary password you just created.
-
Calendars to Check for Conflicts: Take a look at your Google Calendar sidebar (click here for an example) and let me know which specific calendars I should set to block your availability (e.g., “Personal,” “Work,” “Kids’ Sports”).
-
Holidays: Let me know which major holidays you want marked as strictly “unavailable” (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, Memorial Day, etc.).
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your email with those details, we will take it from there! We will build out your schedule and appointment types. As soon as we’re finished, we will let you know so you can log back in, change your password, and lock your account back down.
