Here’s what’s included in this package:

Before you subscribe, please review the following information:

1. SOCIAL MEDIA PROFILES

You have the choice of posts appearing on up to three of the following social media profiles:

Facebook Business Profile (a.k.a. Facebook Page)
Facebook Group Page
Facebook Personal Profile
Instagram Business Profile

2. FOR FACEBOOK

If you choose to have us post to your Facebook Business Profile (a.k.a. Facebook Page), you will need to have a published Facebook Business Profile before you continue (click here for instructions on how to do this).

If you choose to have us post to a Facebook Group, you MUST be an admin of the chosen group.

3. FOR INSTAGRAM

We currently only post to Instagram Business Profiles. If you are currently running a Personal Profile, you will need to convert it to a Business Profile before you continue (click here for instructions on how to do this).

4. FOR YOUR CUSTOMIZED WEBSITE

You must provide us with the information below in order to set up your customized website. Your website will be live within 7 days after your subscription. The free trial start date is based on the post start date (see #5 below).

Please ensure that you have the following information available. You will enter it in the Purchase Options section below.

The beginning portion of your website URL
- SRD Social Real Estate websites have a URL like this: http://yourname.srdsocial.com. You can choose the “yourname” portion at the beginning of the URL.
- If you already own your own domain name (e.g. www.yourname.com) we can forward your customized website to your domain for an additional fee. See the purchase options below.
Descriptive content for the Home page and the About Us page (see the demo site)
Your contact information that you’d like displayed on the website
Logos for you and your agency
Optional: Photos of you and/or your team, if you don’t want us to use stock images (see the demo site for examples of stock images) – note that you MUST OWN any images you provide

IMPORTANT! We are not responsible for complying with your agency’s or your real estate board’s requirements or ensuring that the content posted on your customized site meets those requirements. Please see our Terms and Conditions for details.

5. FOR YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS

Your posts will begin within 7 days after your subscription; your free trial will begin the day your posts start.
EXAMPLE:

Subscription date: January 1st
Post start date: no later than January 8th
Free trial: assuming your posts started on January 6th, that would be the first day of your free trial and your first payment would be January 20th

If you have your own domain name (e.g. "www.yourname.com"), we can forward your customized website URL to your domain.
Note that forwarding your customized website to your own domain will add $10/month to your subscription price.
