Whether you need to block off specific holidays, sync multiple calendars, or just make your booking page look professional, we will handle the heavy lifting.
What You Get
Custom Branding: If you are using Calendly’s Standard plan (or higher), we will completely customize your booking page with your unique brand colors and remove the Calendly logo. (Using the free plan? We will still make sure your profile picture and welcome message look sharp and professional!)
Tailored Schedule Setup: I will build out your specific availability and appointment types.
Smart Conflict Checking: Have multiple Google Calendars for “Work,” “Family,” or “Kids’ Sports”? I will configure Calendly to read the exact calendar layers you choose, ensuring you only show as available when you actually are.
Custom Holiday Blocking: You decide which major holidays you want to work and which ones you want completely blocked off.

Check your inbox. You will receive a welcome email with a few quick steps to securely connect your Google Calendar to Calendly. (Don’t worry, you will never have to share your Google password with us!)
Share your preferences. Reply to the email with your desired schedule, the specific calendar layers you want us to sync, and your holiday preferences.
We handle the rest. Sit back while we build out your perfect booking system!
